What is GoHighlevel/Highlevel?
GoHighlevel, or just Highlevel as its users call it, is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform for marketing agencies and small businesses. The GoHighlevel platform offers every tool needed to run a business successfully at a fixed monthly cost. The GoHighlevel platform allows you to Whitelabel their software so agencies can use this platform and brand it like it was their own. This allows agencies to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) business and an additional monthly recurring revenue stream.
Typically, agencies would perform a job for their client, like building a website or running Facebook ads, only to have the job end or the client cancel their service. Now, agencies have to continue to market to find another client. Now, with GoHighlevel, you can migrate your clients off whatever CRM, email marketing tool, phone system, or funnel software they may be using and run their business entirely off the GoHighlevel platform. The best thing about this is that your clients pay you monthly for these services. You can charge $297, $497, or whatever you want to charge for these services, and your client continues to pay for these each month like a utility, creating a stable recurring monthly revenue.

How to use AI in GoHighlevel?
GoHighlevel has slowly integrated AI functions into its platform over the past year. I will review the AI features that GoHighlevel has featured in their platform. Please note that additional charges vary for each of the described features.
Content AI
At first, they implemented the GoHighlevel Content AI tool feature, which was available in the social planner, Blog, Funnel, Websites, and email builder. It is a great way to generate content for your business. To use this feature, you must enable content ai in your sub-account.
This feature allows you to create text content for the respective areas. Here is what the Content AI screen provides for you.
If you have ever used AI to create text content, this screen will look familiar. You see the content areas and what information you need to provide, but you can also enter specific keywords and adjust the content’s tone from professional to funny.
Image Creation AI
Several third-party AI tools to generate personalized images have been out there, but it’s cool that GoHighlvel has introduced this feature into the platform for its users. At first, image ai was only available in the social planner, but they have also integrated it into funnels, websites, email builders even directly into the media library.
Using the Content AI and the Image Creation AI features together makes it a snap for GoHighlevel users to generate images and create content throughout the platform. Let’s explore some of the options available with this feature.
Will will start by exploring the Media Library. You can access it by visiting Settings > Media > Open Media Library.
At the top of the screen, you will see this feature listed.
Here are your options when using this ai generated images feature
To get the best possible image you are looking for, you should be as descriptive as possible when you describe your idea. The more details you provide, the better the painting will look for you. You can choose how many variations of the image to select from and choose the image style which GoHighlevel offers you many styles to choose from depending on the type of image you want to create. My favorite style is filmic because the images look like they belong in a cartoon film.
Conversation AI
I have saved the best feature for the end. The most recently introduced feature now allows to automate conversations with leads inside the GoHighlevel platform. This setting requires you to activate it for your sub-accounts before using it.
This feature will change the way GoHighlevel users interact with their customers. Before this feature, any communication with customers would have needed to be done manually by a team member. Still, now you can set up Conversation AI to be fully automatic or use it in suggestive mode.
This AI feature can also learn more about your business by searching content on your website or a FAQ. The more business information you can provide to it to know about “your business,” the better responses it has to customer communications.
To turn this feature on for your sub-account, go to Settings > Conversation AI and choose your desired mode. Note: at the time of this article, the fully automatic feature is only available in beta and is expected to be delivered by 4th quarter of 2023.
Suggestive Mode
In this mode, the feature provides a couple of different responses to you based on the message, and it requires a manual process to choose which answer would be correct and customize it before you send it back to the customer or lead.
This feature is currently only available for three incoming channels SMS, Facebook, and Instagram. Once you receive an incoming message from either of these channels, then when you reply, you will see the AI Bot messages it generated for you to respond with. These responses are located in the Conversations area.
Just hover over the response to see it and then click on it to allow you to customize it before sending it back to the customer.
Automatic Mode
This mode is in beta and is set to be released by the end of 2023. When available and turned on, the Conversation AI can respond to incoming customer requests automatically.

These new content ai features will be a game changer for GoHighlevel users. It will help agencies run their business better and generate additional revenue streams since Gohighlevel allows its users to upcharge these services and make money each time their clients use them.
