Action Name
Give this action a name that will be displayed in the workflow.
Select An Account
You receive a list of all other sub-accounts to which your account has access, and you can select which sub-account you want to copy the contact record.
Add Tags to Sub-Account
If the tags are not already listed, you can select which to add to the contact record before it is copied.
Copy Tags
If this is toggled on all existing tags will be created in the new sub-account.
Copy Custom Fields
If you have any custom fields currently set in the source sub-account and you want to continue to use that field in the new sub-account, then you can toggle this feature, and it will create the custom field and copy the contact custom field data to the new sub-account.
Update Contact if it Already Exists
Like any good CRM you will need to understand what to do if the contact record being copied already exists in the destination sub-account. GoHighlevel uses either the email address or phone number as key fields to match the contact record. If you want to update the record in the destination account toggle this feature on.
