There are two mobile apps for the GoHighlevel platform: the Highlevel and Lad Connector. The Highlevel app is the branded version of the mobile app, and the lead connector is what they call their grey label app so clients can use it without letting them see the branded version.

Features of the Lead Connector Mobile App
The lead connector mobile app allows you to access all the GoHighlevel features to interact with your customers. The mobile app does not allow you to access any of the builders in the platform, like workflows, SMS, email, & form, etc. You will need to use your laptop to access those features. So now that I have talked about what the app can’t do let’s look at what it can.
Communications
The communications area of GoHighlevel is an essential aspect of the app when it comes to communicating with your customers. Any communication from SMS or email to Facebook messenger flows through the communications area, allowing the owner to directly access the messages and respond to customer requests regardless of the incoming channel. This area is unique since it lets you record a video on your phone and send it to your customer.
Reputation Management
You can manage all your review requests from this feature in the app. You can send requests and monitor your review ratings.
Invoicing
If you are using GoHighlevel to invoice customers, you can create and manage all invoices with the mobile app.
Phone System
GoHighlevel has an integrated phone system directly into the platform. Using the mobile app, you can send or receive calls from your phone number within the platform hiding your cell number.
Calendar
The app allows you to access all calendars in the platform and schedule an appointment manually.
Pipeline & Opportunities

Using the contact icon in the app toolbar, you can access any contact record within the system to update information or even communicate directly with that contact using the app. Any customer communication channel that GoHighlevel has available, you can communicate back on that same channel with the customer using the lead connector mobile app. Current channels include SMS, Website Chat widget, Missed Call Text Back, Google My Business Chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.

If you are a GoHighlevel user, using this app is a must. If you are running your business and moving throughout the day, you must stay in touch with what is happening in your business. You can’t always be in front of your laptop to respond to customers.
