The prospecting tool is a feature only provided at the agency account level within GoHighlevel. Once you are at the agency level, you will click on the Prospecting menu option to begin.
Then you would click the add a prospect button to get started. You will need to provide the name of the business, or you can be generic and specify generic fields like Chiropractors near me or Dentists near San Antonio.
If you know the business you want to target, you can enter them manually. I entered Dentist near San Antonio, and the tool provided me with a list of businesses from GMB.
I choose the first entry in this example. The next screen allows you to enter any contact information you may have as a point of contact for that client to be stored with the report.
Once you click the save prospect button, the report outlines various public information to show potential customers how their business is doing. The report shows an online health score based on the online internet directories the business is correctly listed in, the number and status of reviews from both Google and Facebook, and a detailed breakdown of which online directories their business information is listed incorrectly or incorrectly.
