GoHighlevel Integrations
Log into your GoHighlevel account, go to your settings, and click the Integrations menu option.
You must sign into your Google and Facebook accounts so GoHighlevel can access your reviews from both platforms.
Once these connections have been made, you can start getting your Reputation Management setup.
Reputation Management Setup
In your account settings, choose the Reputation Management menu option.
First, click on Generate Link to get your custom review link.
SMS Template
You can customize the SMS template with a logo. Enter a message you want to include in your template, and you are all done.
Email Template
In the email template, you need to set up the subject, headline, and email message to include in your email.
Review Widget
GoHighlevel’s review widget has been updated to allow for multiple customizations. Before, you were only allowed one way to set up the widget, but now you can have multiple configurations and choose which one will be active. Here is what the new widget area looks like.
You see that you can create new widgets or edit an existing widget. Let’s walk through what a new widget setup looks like. When you create a new widget, GoHighlevel has several setup options.
This screen allows you to choose if you want to pull in Google and Facebook reviews or either of them. You can choose how you want them displayed on the screen with a widget type selection. You can set how many reviews to pull in from your selection or leave blank to pull in all. You can also leave the powered by field selected, which will show the marketing agency name in the widget area.
You can select what the headline of the widget will be and the description it displays. In the header, you can determine if you want to see your total Google review rating, total # of reviews, and the write review button, which allows visitors to write you a review directly from your website or funnel.
This menu option lets you select your widget’s theme, font style, and color.
This tab allows you to display the review date and the possible Google user profile picture, and I highly recommend you do this. The ability to exclude reviews where no one leaves you a description, again I recommend this, and the code for the widget for you to install on your website or funnel. Once you are done, click save. You will also need to right-click on the new widget and then choose to make it live to be active on your website.
