GoHighlevel was created for agency owners. The structure and tools in the platform allow agencies to host their client’s businesses in the platform and charge them a monthly fee for doing so. To accomplish this GoHighlevel is set up to allow you to brand the software as your own using your logo, brand colors even your business domain name. This process is called white labeling and allows agency owners to use the GoHighlevel platform like their own software.

I have seen most agency owners take over the existing software platforms their clients developed, which is a mistake. Twilio provides all SMS and phone calls made within the GoHighlevel platform. Each time these services are used, the account charges a small charge. If you are at the agency pro account level, GoHighlevel allows you to rebill or upcharge your client’s usage fees from 1 to 10X the fee you are being charged and then pocket the difference.

So for simplicity, if you are charged one penny to make a phone call, and you have your rebilling set as 5X, then it costs your client five pennies to make a phone call, and for every call they make, you as the agency get to keep four pennies. Now this may not sound like much but think about how many SMS and phone calls your clients will make and do the math. It could lead to hundreds or even tens of thousands of dollars in additional monthly revenue for your agency. 

For emails, if you use the LeadConnector Email service with GoHighlevel, you can rebill these services as well, just like with SMS and phone calls. 

NOTE: If you are using the Agency Unlimited plan, you must bill your clients manually for these services, whereas with the Agency Pro plan, you can collect these charges automatically each month using the credit card on file with the client. Yext Services

Yest is a business listing synchronization software that will take your GoHighlevel business information and then populate all the online business directories with your business information to see your client’s business in more search features. 

GoHighlevel charges the agency owners a certain amount for this service, and you can set whatever price you want for this service reselling it to your clients. This allows the agency to pocket the difference each month the client retains this service.

WordPress Services

GoHighlevel can host WordPress sites within the platform. Hosting a WordPress site does cost additional money to you as the agency owner, but you can, in turn, mark this service up to a specific price and sell this service to your clients, pocketing the difference each month the client has this service.

Content AI Rebilling

GoHighlevel has introduced AI writing tools included with the platform. They have integrated this feature into their funnels, websites, social media planner, emails, and blogs. You must first enable this feature for your clients to use. You can adjust the upsell charges just like with emails from 1 – 10X what GoHighlevel charges you and can charge your clients for this service.

Lead Connector Premium Triggers & Actions

GoHighlevel allows its users to automate many tasks using the Workflow feature in the platform. Workflows can only perform specific actions defined within the platform, so GoHighlevel has every action you need. These actions do not cost anything to execute them. 

Gohighlevel has recently introduced premium actions within their Workflow that cost money every time you execute them. Once you enable this feature, your clients will see this area in the Workflow actions area.

These actions were designed to allow GoHighlevel to communicate with third-party applications without using a third-party application that would cost you additional money each month, like Zapier. As the agency owner, you are charged for each usage of these actions, but like with email rebilling, you can charge your client from 1-10X the charges you are charged and pocket the difference. 

LeadConnector Email Verification 

You can rebill for this service if you use the LeadConnector email system with GoHighlevel. The email verification helps scrub your contact list for bad emails so that you are not wasting money sending emails to bad email addresses in your contact list. The same rebilling as with emails is allowed; you must also enable this feature.
