Within each page, you can configure the video background within the Section, Row, or Column elements. To configure, you would click on the element you want to set the video behind, and then on the properties page, you would select BG Media Type to Video.
Once you have selected Video, click on the Media URL button and select the video to use or upload to the media library. After you save the settings, you can preview the page to see how it looks with the video on it.
