What is GoHighlevel/Highlevel?
GoHighlevel, or just Highlevel as its users call it, is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform for marketing agencies and small businesses. The GoHighlevel platform offers every tool needed to run a business successfully at a fixed monthly cost. The GoHighlevel platform allows you to Whitelabel their software so agencies can use this platform and brand it like it was their own. This allows agencies to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) business and an additional monthly recurring revenue stream.
Typically agencies would perform a job for their client like building a website or running Facebook ads only to have the job end or the client cancel their service. Now, agencies have to continue to market to find another client. Now with GoHighlevel, you can migrate your clients off whatever CRM, email marketing tool, phone system, or funnel software they may be using and run their business entirely off the GoHighlevel platform. The best thing about this is that your clients pay you monthly for these services. You can charge $297, $497, or whatever you want to charge for these services and your client continues to pay for these each month like a utility creating a stable recurring monthly revenue.
GoHighlevel sets no limits for its users on any paid plan so you can have unlimited contacts, websites, funnels, email or text templates, and workflows. There are also no limits for storage so you can host as many videos, files, documents, or images as you or your clients may have.

What is Video Hosting?
Video hosting refers to storing and delivering videos over the Internet. It involves uploading videos to a specialized platform or service that handles storing, transcoding, and streaming video files. Video hosting services provide the infrastructure and tools necessary for individuals and organizations to upload, manage, and share their videos online.
When you upload a video to a video hosting service, the platform typically converts the video file into various formats and resolutions to ensure compatibility with different devices and internet connections. This process is called transcoding. Once the video is transcoded, it is stored on the hosting platform’s servers.
Video hosting services also provide features like video player customization, privacy settings, embedding options, analytics, and monetization capabilities. They allow users to manage their video libraries, organize videos into playlists, and share videos on websites, social media platforms, or direct links.
Popular video hosting platforms include YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Twitch. These platforms offer a range of features tailored to different user needs, such as hosting personal videos, sharing educational content, live streaming, or building a subscriber base for monetization purposes.
How to use Video Hosting in GoHighlevel?
To host a video, you must first upload it to the media library within your account. You can access the media library by going to your account settings, then Media, and clicking on the Open Media Library button.
Create and use folders to store your videos in the media library. It’s always a best practice. All major formats can be used. Your only limitation is that the size must be less than 4GB. You have unlimited video hosting capabilities within the platform. Once the video file has been uploaded, you can use the Video element inside the funnel or website builder to add the video to any page.
You have several options when using the video element, but we will look at the Hosted Video option.
Once you select Hosted Video, you can browse the media library and choose any video file. You can also choose any thumbnail from the library, allowing you to customize the video entirely. Once you have selected the video, you can further customize the video using the settings.
GoHighlevel Video Hosting Conclusion
Gohighlevel has done a great job with adding this feature to the platform. No need to have videos on Youtube with all the ads or other videos that get displayed, nor do you have to pay for Vimeo service either. You can have unlimited hosting within your own GoHighlevel account.
