What is GoHighlevel Video Tracking?

How to use Video Tracking in GoHighlevel?
To use the Video Tracking feature, your video must be hosted with GoHighlevel. If you need help with how to do that, you can review my other article about Video Hosting.
The first step is to upload all the videos you want to use in the media library. Before the videos can be used for video tracking, they must be encoded by GoHighlevel first. There is nothing you need to do as they are encoded automatically when they get uploaded. Depending on the size of the video, it could take a couple of hours before they get fully encoded. Before the video gets encoded, it is in a raw state. This means it has yet to be encoded. Once the videos get encoded, you will see them like this in the media library.
To see if a video has been encoded, you can only see this setting inside a funnel page where the video element is used and the Hosted Video option is selected. You must click on the button to browse the media library then you will see the video status. You will not know the status by going directly to the media library.
Once the video is selected, you MUST disable the progress tracking video option to report the watched percentage accurately.
Once you have the video loaded on your funnel page and the settings configured, you can set up the workflow to track it.
Go to your Automation and create a new workflow. For the workflow trigger, you want to select Video Tracking, and then you will need to set up a filter for the funnel, the video to track, and then the percentage of the video to get the trigger configured.
Now that you have the trigger setup, you can add any other steps in the workflow.
