GoHighLevel Agency Starter Account Plan
The GoHighLevel Agency Starter account plan is the perfect plan to start with as an agency owner or small business. It allows you to use all the features that HighLevel offers at a low monthly price. This plan includes unlimited users and allows you to have three subaccounts.
Use one account for your business and the other two can be used for paying clients. It allows you to consolidate all other software tools and begin running your business before adding clients. To add client accounts or higher, you must upgrade to the GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited account.
GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited Account Plan
The GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited plan is for agencies who want to use the white label feature of the software so you can sell it to your clients. You can re-sell the HighLevel software to your clients for whatever price you want while still paying the same monthly fee to HighLevel.
This plan and the GoHighLevel Pro plan allow agencies to add revenue streams to your business. Instead of just providing your clients marketing and lead gen services, you can now provide the software they use to run their business.
GoHighLevel Agency Pro Account Plan
The GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan is not publicly advertised on the GoHighLevel website and is only available as an upgrade from the starter or agency unlimited plans. This plan is intended for agencies that want to provide SaaS service and scale quickly using automated onboarding.

GoHighLevel White Label Mobile App
HighLevel has two separate mobile apps that agencies and clients can use to access their data within HighLevel. These are the “Go HighLevel” and “Lead Connector” apps. Both are available on the App Store or Google Play and are free to use on any plan. Most agencies use the Lead Connector app since it is not branded with Go High Level logo and colors.
GoHighLevel offers agencies the ability to customize the mobile app with their logo and company name and use the app as their own. This is a separate charge per month and will be in addition to your monthly plan rate.

How to Choose the Right GoHighLevel Pricing Plan?
The two premium-level pricing options offer complete access to all platform functionality and features. There are three significant differences between GoHighLevel Agency Unlimited and Pro/Saas plans.
Client Onboarding – setting up client accounts
- Agency Unlimited account plan: All client accounts must be set up manually. Setting up a client account does not take long, but it can be a bottleneck for agencies looking to scale quickly. There is also a greater chance of user error during the setup process.
- Agency Pro account plan: Allows you to automate the client onboarding process completely. This feature allows agencies to scale quickly since it can be included with a sales funnel, and the software will set up the new client account and email login instructions.
Billing – text, phone calls, and emails for clients
- Agency Unlimited account plan: As an agency on HighLevel software, you are responsible for all usage of these services and must rebill your clients monthly. This must be done manually for each month’s client on this plan. Depending on the number of clients you have, this process could cost you money by hiring someone to handle this billing and waiting for these bills to be paid each month.
- Agency Pro account plan: Your clients are still charged monthly for their usage, but you can automate these charges directly to the client’s credit card. This feature can save you hundreds if not thousands, of dollars in costs by not hiring someone to manage this process.
ReBilling – Upcharging clients on text, phone calls, and emails
- Agency Unlimited account plan: This plan does not allow charging clients for every text, phone call, and email.
- Agency Pro account plan: The Pro/Saas plan allows you as the agency owner to make anywhere from 1 to 10X the original cost of all services that you charge your clients.

Other GoHighLevel Feature Pricing charges

Twilio – Phone and Texting provider
All phone calls and text messages through HighLevel are made using Twilio. There are small charges for inbound and outbound calls and text messages. As the agency owner, you are responsible for paying Twilio for all usage of your agency and all clients through their service each month.

- Outbound call – $0.013 per min
- Inbound call – $0.0085 per min
- Text – $0.0075 per segment
Mailgun – Email provider
All emails made through HighLevel use Mailgun as the SMTP provider. You can set up specific SMTP providers at the client account level, but Mailgun will be used as default if none are provided. There are small charges for email usage each month, and you, as the agency, will be responsible for your and all client charges each month.

Yext is a business directory listing and synchronization service that you, as the agency, can resell to your clients. HighLevel charges you a monthly fee to use this service, and you can charge your client more for this service and pocket the difference. You, as the agency, are responsible for all Yext subscription activations.
You are only charged for the clients that have Yext activated.
WordPress – Additional website provider if needed
HighLevel features complete WordPress installation for your client’s website that you can purchase from Highlevel and then resell to your client at a higher price. The WordPress installation can be entirely managed from the client account.
UpHex – DIY Facebook Ad provider
This is third-party software that integrates with HighLevel software and offers your clients the ability to have do-it-yourself Facebook ads from within the client account. They charge a fixed monthly fee depending on the number of clients you have, and you are allowed to charge your client more for this service.
Is GoHighLevel Pricing worth the cost?
As a small business owner, I have had to use multiple tools in the past to run my business.
