What is a GoHighlevel Opportunity Filter?
Use a filter to segregate and view specific data on your opportunity board. Filters support both standard and custom fields.
What is GoHighlevel/Highlevel?
GoHighlevel, or just Highlevel as its users call it, is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform for marketing agencies and small businesses. The GoHighlevel platform offers every tool needed to run a business successfully at a fixed monthly cost. The GoHighlevel platform allows you to Whitelabel their software so agencies can use this platform and brand it like it was their own. This allows agencies to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) business and an additional monthly recurring revenue stream.
Typically, agencies would perform a job for their client, like building a website or running Facebook ads, only to have the job end or the client cancel their service. Now, agencies have to continue to market to find another client. Now, with Gohighlevel, you can migrate your clients off whatever CRM, email marketing tool, phone system, or funnel software they may be using and run their business entirely off the GoHighlevel platform. The best thing about this is that your clients pay you monthly for these services. You can charge $297, $497, or whatever you want to charge for these services, and your client continues to pay for these each month like a utility, creating a stable recurring monthly revenue.
GoHighlevel sets no limits for its users on any paid plan so that you can have unlimited contacts, websites, funnels, email or text templates, and workflows. There are also no limits for storage, so you can host as many videos, files, documents, or images as you or your clients may have.

What is a sales pipeline?
A GoHighLevel pipeline is an advanced digital tool designed for managing and streamlining various aspects of a business or project. This dynamic pipeline system is part of the broader GoHighLevel platform, a versatile suite of marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions. The pipeline feature essentially acts as a visual and interactive representation of a business’s sales process, allowing users to track and manage leads, prospects, and customers through different sales cycle stages.
In the GoHighLevel pipeline, each stage of the sales process is represented by columns or lanes, and individual leads or deals are visualized as cards or items within these columns. Users can easily drag and drop these cards between stages, reflecting the progress of each lead or deal through the sales funnel. This visual interface provides an at-a-glance overview of the entire sales process, making it more straightforward to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and prioritize efforts.
Moreover, the GoHighLevel pipeline integrates with other platform features, such as automated marketing campaigns, email and SMS communication tools, and detailed analytics. This integration enables users to automate follow-ups, personalize communications based on a lead’s stage in the pipeline, and measure the effectiveness of their sales strategies with data-driven insights. The pipeline can be customized to fit the unique processes of a business, allowing for the creation of custom stages, fields, and filters to tailor the experience to specific business needs.
How to use Opportunity Filters in GoHighlevel?
Pipelines are a great tool to use to be able to track your leads. The problem with pipelines is that finding specific leads in the system becomes complicated once you get many leads. Just think of a pipeline with hundreds or even thousands of leads, and you want to try to find a few or even one that fits specific criteria. To do this, you need a filter option to enter specific criteria and then see the results. The great news is that GoHighlevel has now implemented a filter so that you can quickly get the results you are looking for. You now have a new filter option in the opportunity menu in the top right corner.
When you select the filter option, you can perform an and or an or operation on the filter, making it incredibly flexible. Here is the list of filter options available to choose from.
Using the available filter options a.long with the and or or operators, you can quickly find any lead you want, no matter how many are in the pipeline.
GoHighlevel allows you to create custom fields for opportunities so you can hold custom data your sales team may need to have with each lead. The great news is that those custom fields can also be used in the filter criteria and appear at the bottom of the list. Here, you see that there is a custom field called Property Address.
Depending on the data type of the custom field, you may get different filter values, but since the Property Address is a text field, if you try to use the filter, this is what you get when trying to filter.
GoHighlevel Opportunity Filters Conclusion
GoHighlevel has made pipeline/opportunity management much quicker and more accessible by adding custom fields and filters with its pipeline management, sales teams are now more efficient and faster at managing leads than ever before.
